Failed generations
When a generation fails before a deliverable video is produced and our task ledger confirms that the charge should be reversed, the credits reserved for that job are released or restored automatically. Duplicate callbacks do not create duplicate credit refunds.
Completed generations
AI results are probabilistic. A completed, downloadable generation is normally considered consumed and is not refundable solely because of subjective style preferences. Contact us if the file is technically unusable or materially differs from the selected workflow.
Pack purchases
To request review of an accidental or duplicate purchase, use the Contact page and include the order reference. Do not send card details. Eligibility depends on applicable law, whether credits were used, and the verified payment record.
