Step-by-step tutorial

How to make a Raindance AI video

A focused workflow from one photo to a downloadable vertical video.

  1. 1. Choose a good photo

Use one sharp, well-lit 9:16 portrait of a consenting adult. Avoid cropped faces, groups, heavy filters, and images you do not own.

  2. 2. Select Solo mode

Solo is the current validated product path. Duo is not selectable while two-person identity preservation is still being tested.

  3. 3. Upload and confirm permission

Upload a JPG, PNG, or WEBP file no larger than 4MB. The 9:16 shape is checked after upload, and you must confirm permission to use the photo.

  4. 4. Generate your video

The request becomes an asynchronous task. Follow honest Queued, Processing, Completed, or Failed states; the site does not invent progress percentages.

  5. 5. Download and share

Download the authorized MP4 from My Videos. Add music from TikTok or Instagram’s licensed library rather than embedding an unlicensed recording.

Common problems

If an upload is rejected, check that it is a clear 9:16 JPG, PNG, or WEBP image no larger than 4MB. If generation fails, the task remains visible and the credit ledger applies the verified release or refund outcome.
