Raindance AI processes account details, uploaded media, generation instructions, payment records, and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.
Why we use data
We use this information to authenticate users, validate authorized uploads, create and deliver videos, record purchases and credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.
Media and generated files
Uploads and outputs may be sent to configured storage, moderation, and generation providers.
Service providers
We share only the data needed with infrastructure, storage, moderation, generation, authentication, analytics, email, and payment providers configured for the service. We do not sell uploaded photos or generated videos.
Payments
Payment providers process payment credentials. Raindance AI stores transaction references and entitlement records, not raw card details.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through the Contact page. Some transaction, security, and compliance records may be retained where legally required.
Children
The service is not intended for children. Uploads must depict consenting adults, and users must have permission to use every submitted photo.
